  • 1 medium pizza crust store-bought or homemade

Chicken

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce Choose a quality teriyaki sauce.

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix in other cheeses.

Vegetables

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced Adds depth to the flavor.

Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
  • Brush the crust with olive oil.
  • Spread the remaining teriyaki sauce over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Distribute the marinated chicken pieces over the cheese, followed by the sliced bell peppers and red onion.
  • Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
