Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  • Pour in honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Prepare the glaze by combining additional honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes in a saucepan. Heat until simmering.
  • Once meatballs are done, coat them with the warm glaze.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, drizzled with any remaining glaze.
