  • 1 cup goat cheese Creamy cheese that adds tangy flavor.
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans Chopped nuts for crunch.
  • 1/4 cup honey Enhances sweetness; use raw honey for more flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Adds acidity to balance sweetness.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and dry the pears, then cut each in half lengthwise and remove the core.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, chopped nuts, honey, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Place the halved pears cut-side up in a baking dish and fill each with the cheese and nut mixture.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs over the stuffed pears.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender and filling is golden.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, drizzle with extra honey if desired, and serve warm.

Ensure all ingredients are fresh for the best results. You can prepare the stuffed pears a few hours ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
