Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread half of the mozzarella cheese over the center of the dough.
Place the brie cheese pieces on top of the mozzarella, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Then, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese, creating a stuffed crust. Pinch the seams to seal it well.
Spread the marinara sauce over the exposed pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, and chopped basil on top of the sauce.
Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Once baked, let the pizza rest for a few minutes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
