Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar, mixing until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and serve as desired.
