Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar, mixing until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
