  • 1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut larger potatoes in half. Trim excess fat from the sirloin steak and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • 2. Season the steak: Place cubed steak in a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
  • 3. Prepare the garlic butter: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Layer the ingredients in the slow cooker: Place seasoned steak cubes at the bottom, then add baby potatoes on top.
  • 5. Pour the garlic butter over the top: Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the steak and potatoes.
  • 6. Cover and cook: Set the slow cooker to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
