Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 2. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • 3. Slice the chicken: After resting, slice the chicken into thin strips.
  • 4. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and chop the vegetables.
  • 5. Warm the tortillas: Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  • 6. Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, corn, avocado, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  • 7. Wrap it up: Fold the sides and roll tightly.
  • 8. Serve: Cut in half and serve immediately.
