Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder until fully combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a large resealable plastic bag. Pour half of the honey mustard mixture over the fillets and let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
