Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped (or about ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen, drained well)
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened (adds richness and creaminess)
  • 1 cup Sour cream (for tang and smoothness)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (helps to create a velvety texture)
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (for gooey, melt-in-your-mouth quality)
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (adds nutty flavor and enhances richness)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (for aromatic depth)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (to brighten up the flavors)

  • Incorporate the minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
