Instructions
Remove steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) or heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
For the oven method, place the steak on a wire rack over a baking sheet and heat for 20-30 minutes.
For the skillet method, add olive oil or butter and cook the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Optionally, add garlic powder or fresh herbs while reheating for extra flavor.
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer, aiming for 110-130°F (43-54°C).
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
Notes
For best results, refrigerate steak within two hours of cooking. Serve with sides like roasted vegetables or a salad.
