- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and grated ginger.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add the Sauce: Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the chicken. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or substitute maple syrup for honey as a variation.
